■HINCKLEY kept themselves within touching distance of the play-off zone with an ultimately comfortable win at Butlin Road.
The visitors took a seventh-minute lead when Aaron Nuttall skipped past a number of Rugby defenders before applying a low finish.
Town were immediately level when Ryan Sahota slid home, but more Nuttall trickery inside the box then set up Tendai Daire for Hinckley’s second and the crucial third came on the stroke of half-time when Daire followed up on his own saved penalty.
