WARRINGTON Rylands will feel that their hold on a play-offs is firmer following a comfortable victory against Bamber Bridge.
Second-half goals from Ben Hardcastle and Mo Touray secured a third successive win for caretaker management duo Sam Wilson and Dean Furman, who have picked the team since Michael Clegg’s departure for Macclesfield last month.
Coincidentally, a slender loss for Macc at Worksop leaves them nine points adrift of their Cheshire rivals who now sit second in the standings.
