IT’S points over performances for Stafford Rangers, and they will care little about how they claimed victory at Bamber Bridge.
Rangers recorded their first clean sheet since Boxing Day, moving to three points adrift of safety in the process.
After a cagey start, Brig’s Simon Grand yielded the first effort with his header which went wide in the 18th minute. Rangers began to flower – firstly through Sean Cooke who was denied with his effort from a wellworked corner.
