CLITHEROE crashed to defeat in a chaotic game by the odd goal in seven, with home manager Danny Caldecott handing in his resignation at the end of the game.
Hanley took the lead after five minutes when Joel Stair headed home unchallenged.
Sam Turner made it two for the visitors before Adam Watson extended the lead.
