LANCASTER recovered from going a goal behind in the opening minute to edge a seven-goal thriller
The game was only 36 seconds old when Ilkeston’s leading scorer Thomas Cursons put them ahead with a header.
But two quick goals put Lancaster ahead. The first after five minutes was a curling shot from outside the penalty area by Aaron Bennett after he had cut inside and the second a minute later when Lewis Mansell got on the end of a Sam Bailey cross to power in a header.
