AFTER a career spanning two decades and with more than 600 senior appearances under his belt, across all top four divisions, James Perch is better placed than most to make judgment on the state of the national game.
The 39-year-old defender currently captains NPL Premier club Ilkeston Town and is fully embracing the authenticity of Non-League football.
