IAN KING’S first game in ncharge of Rugby ended in defeat, as the hosts edged back into the play-off zone.
Kieran Cook’s first-half double secured Darlaston the points.
Cook first struck after 22 minutes by converting James Rowland’s low cross. His finish from the edge of the box then extended the lead just before half-time.
