Spartans deal a blow to Robins

CRISIS club Blyth earned a battling point against Ilkeston, whose faltering play-off challenge floundered at the league’s basement boys.
A healthy crowd of 569 saw Blyth captain Nicky Deverdics give his struggling side an interval lead with a penalty -the fourth spot-kick conceded by Town in as many matches.
Jono Wafula, however, equalised for the visitors seven minutes into the second period, with neither side able to find a winner.
