■ GARFORTH were beaten by Newton Aycliffe for the second time in a month thanks to two second-half goals by Aaron Brown at a blustery Bannister Prentice Stadium.
Garforth threatened first through Sam Cable, but the striker’s excellent run and finish landed inches wide. Aycliffe were a constant threat from set pieces in a goalless first half.
With the wind at their backs Brown put the visitors into the lead with a deft lob after 56 minutes.
