MARKET DRAYTON TOWN have appointed Simon Line as their interim boss following the departure of Lee Ebden this week.
Ebden had his contract terminated on Thursday evening with the club sitting 12th in Northern Premier League Division One South.
He has now been replaced on a temporary basis by Line, who managed the club between 2005 and 2009 and again from 2010 and 2011.
The 42-year-old has been invited to apply for the role on a permanent basis and will work alongside ex-Bradford City and Wigan Athletic boss Chris Hutchings, who has agreed to remain as the club’s assistant manager.
