CAMBRIDGE City recorded their first home league win of the season with a narrow victory over Northwood.
The Lilywhites got off to a fine start when Ross Paterson gave them an early lead.
However, despite a succession of chances, the visitors slowly got back into the contest and were denied when Meshach Williams had an effort saved.
