MET Police looked to get their season back on track after an unlucky FA Trophy defeat four days prior but slipped to defeat against a strong Farnborough side.
The Met nailed their first run at goal after a wide cross from Jack Cursons was flicked into the corner by the head of Ross Murdoch for a deserved advantage.
The home side threw away their lead though when a cross from Andrew Sealey-Harris slipped through the hands of Rhys Forster – creeping into the net.
