A MAN-of-the-match performance from Rushall Olympic goalkeeper Jonathan Flatt denied visiting Banbury United all three points.
On a cold, foggy afternoon, the gloom was lifted as both sides played some fine attacking football.
The home side were pinned back in the opening stages. On just two minutes Claudio Dias sidefooted against the bar and then Flatt saved well from Girogio Rasulo.
On 13 minutes the visitors went even closer when John Mills struck a terrific shot that hit the inside of the post with Flatt beaten.
