HENDON ended their three-game winless run with a deserved victory over Weston-Super-Mare, even if the scoreline was rather flattering.
The Greens were in irresistible form in the opening half-hour, and could have scored more, but Luke Purnell produced good saves to deny Liam Brooks, Shaun Lucien and Andronicos Georgiou.
The best chance, however, had fallen to Weston, but Nick Mc-Cootie blasted over the bar from 12 yards when set up by Bradley Ash.
