A BATTLE for the playoff places is emerging and two sides chasing those coveted spots met in the first league game of 2022 at Oakfields Stadium.
Visiting side Bristol Manor Farm were keen to avenge their 3-1 defeat in the reverse fixture and went ahead in this one following a controversial penalty. Ben Bament stuck the penalty away in the 23rd minute, and the }scoreline remained the same until half-time.
