BARTON Rovers put in one of their worst performances of the season as they were comfortably beaten by Kidlington on a cold winter’s day at Sharpenhoe Road.
The early exchanges had gone in the home side’s favour, but they failed to create any clear-cut chances to trouble the Kidlington goal.
Kidlington’s Luke Stokoe opened the scoring after 33 minutes to leave Rovers trailing at half-time.
And worse was to come for the home side as Billy Gillette doubled their lead just after the hour mark.
