HARROW Borough ran out narrow winners in a scrappy match against strugglers Hartley Wintney at Earlsmead.
The first half boasted little quality and it took until the 27th minute for either side to muster a shot.
After 35 minutes, the home side made the breakthrough. George Moore put James Ewington through and, although his initial shot was saved by Hartley keeper Thomas Williams, he netted the rebound from an angle. Unfortunately, it was the only incident of note in a woeful, mistake-strewn first half.
