THE baking hot weather was the winner as Willand Rovers and Westbury United played out a goalless draw at Silver Street.
Westbury had loud penalty appeals after eight minutes, then a powerful free-kick was well saved by George Burton.
Martin Johnson fired wide for Westbury, before Dean Stamp had Willand’s first good chance, his drive cannoning off the crossbar.
