MELKSHAM sent disappointing Bashley to a fourth-straight defeat with two excellent late goals.
With neither side having played for three weeks, and on a heavy pitch, there was a pre-season feel to a cagey first half, with neither looking likely to score.
Melksham, however, were enjoying slightly the better of things against a Bashley side missing midfield dynamo Harvey Slade, who signed for Weymouth in midweek.
