DIDCOT have now recorded three 1-0 victories in their three league home games this season, the latest at the expense of Westbury United. The game started with an open feel to it; Westbury keeper Jonathan Hill pulled off a fine double save to deny Jenson Wright and Luke Preen, while his opposite number Leigh Bedwell was at his best in denying Bevan Cross from converting.
Connor Barrett was then thwarted twice by goal-line clearances but the Railwaymen did break the deadlock just after the restart.
