A GOAL in each half helped Stocksbridge Park Steels take all three points.
The initial breakthrough came on the half hour mark when Brodie Litchfield played in Ben Rhodes to find the net.
That would be the way it would stay until the interval after a first-half which saw Lincoln just shade the possession stakes but go in a goal down.
Lincoln looked to respond but it was Scott Ruthven who had an effort saved on 67 minutes with Harrison Biggins also threatening on 78 minutes.
