NATHAN Whitehead’s stunning strike sealed a third successive home win for Spalding United.
The midfielder doubled the Tulips’ advantage in style with a 25-yard volley on 79 minutes.
After point-blank saves denied Whitehead and Jacob Fletcher before the break, Spalding broke the deadlock from the penalty spot seven minutes into the second half.
Jenk Acar was tripped in the box and top scorer Gary King converted from 12 yards.
