RICKY MODESTE’S scrambled goal on 96 minutes secured the win for Billericay in a match which both sides finished a man short.
Early Town chances fell to Sam Deering and Louie Theophanous, and Jake Robinson’s overhead kick was pushed onto the bar by Tooting keeper Matte Pierson.
Pierson soon made another good save from Deering. Robinson was injured on 13 minutes, but was replaced by match-winner Modeste.
