■ CALLUM Russell held his nerve just three minutes from time as Soham Town Rangers snatched a point against Barking.
The striker slotted home from the penalty spot, the second of two spot-kicks that settled the contest.
Barking manager Justin Gardner had expected a tough test, with Soham already his ‘bogey’ team having yet to win at the ground.
But that mattered little when Jay Knight opened the scoring from 12 yards with just 18 minutes of the match gone.
