SKELMERSDALE moved up a place away from the drop zone with their first home win since August.
Ramsbottom took the lead on 15 minutes when Sam Heathcote headed in a Jerome Wright free-kick.
But the hosts hit back immediately when Andy Owens struck his first of the match from the penalty spot.
However, the visitors restored their lead moments later, Greg Daniels placing a low shot past goalkeeper Jack Sims.
Owens set up the Skelmersdale equaliser on 39 minutes, his flick putting Callum Mahoney in on goal and he duly slotted home.
