JAMIE Jackson struck a hat-trick to down Sheffield on an emotional day at Spalding.
Jackson swept in Jordan Lemon’s cross on 34 minutes to break the deadlock - the striker’s first goal for Spalding in his sixth appearance.
Sheffield’s chances were diminished when hitman Grant Ryan was dismissed for violent conduct in an off-theball clash with Tulips captain Adam Jackson on the hour mark.
Jackson added his second with a close-range finish minutes from the end, and added his third in stoppage time.
