A DREAM debut for Owen Howe was curtailed by the abandonment of this promotion clash.
Referee Daniel Lamport called a halt to proceedings following the dismissal of Billy Tucker, who received a second yellow card.
It was the departure of Tucker that lead to a melee on the steps towards the tunnel in the 37th minute.
Tucker had also been involved in the first dismissal, where he picked up his first booking. George Colson was shown a straight red for a coming together with Tucker. After this point the contest boiled over.
