IT WAS honours even at Princes Park though Thamesmead Town came agonisingly close to sealing all three points.
Tom O’Connor, who was behind most of the home side’s good moments, went close on several occasions in the first half before Danny Parish headed Bode Anidugbe’s cross onto a post.
Casuals almost went ahead when Josh Uzun’s shot hit the home wood work before Parish was on hand to sweep home his seventh goal for Thamesmead with 20 minutes left.
