■LOWLY Molesey took the lead on 15 minutes but that’s as good as it got for the visitors.
Anthony Kozakis drove in a loose ball but the home side were level inside two minutes via a free header by Sid Solis from a Ryan Palmer cross.
A clear cut penalty followed when the pacey Kieron Campbell was tripped by Dre Grobler; Ben Wilson converted.
Hythe had the bulk of the second-half chances, with Campbell causing the greatest threat.
That Hythe couldn’t extend their lead was in part due to good goalkeepeing from Liam Allen.
