■WIMBORNE’S six-game unbeaten league run hit the buffers against the hardworking Railwaymen.
The game’s only goal came on nine minutes when visiting skipper Adam Learoyd rose highest at the far post to head home George Reid’s corner.
The closest Wimborne came in the first period was Toby Holmes shooting wide from Luke Burbidge’s lofted pass, as Didcot’s wingers, Reid and Marlon Agyakwa, caught the eye.
