LEEK Town striker Rob Stevenson is bidding to become the latest Evo-Stik League graduate to the professional game after landing a trial at League One club Blackpool.
The 24-year-old, who can play either as a winger or a striker, has been, arguably, Leek’s stand-out player this season with 11 goals to his name.
But after scoring impressing the Tangerines’ scouts in Tuesday night’s Staffordshire Senior Cup quarter-final defeat against Stoke City, Stevenson has been on the Football League side’s radar.
