The visitors squandered an early chance in a bizarre incident which saw Dan Crane deny Tyler Blake; Harry Gibbons had his follow up blocked on the line before Blake smashed against the bar. Levi Rowley was twice denied by the woodwork before Dan Fletcher headed Luke Rowe’s corner into his own net after 39 minutes. Richard Blythe doubled the lead with his first goal for the Greenbacks on the stroke of half-time.
