FOUR goals in 11 second-half minutes sent Aveley on a devastating opening-day romp.
Harry Gibbs – young player of the year during his first spell at the club in 2016 – swept home a loose ball to open the scoring.
George Doyle doubled the lead before half-time, the midfielder finding the bottom corner from an acute angle.
The goal rush continued on 53 minutes when Freddie Gard cut inside and fired home, before new signing Alex Akrofi made it four.
