■FOR the second game in a row, Bedford were beaten by a late goal as Welwyn Garden City came away from the Eyrie with all three points.
It took until the second half for the contest to liven up but for Bedford, the final ball was often lacking while for the Citizens, their shots on goal were repeatedly tame.
