WHITEHAWK will feel it was two points dropped after being pegged back by Sevenoaks, in Brighton.
The home side started brightly and, after a series of prolonged pressure, they were rewarded on the half-hour mark. A corner was cleared by the Kent side, only as far as Ahmed Abdulla, whose sweetly-struck first-time volley fizzed into the net.
A game of few clear-cut opportunities, the Kent side levelled the score 15 minutes from time. An inviting ball by Bessey-Saldanha on the righthand side found the onrushing Dan Parkinson, who coolly headed home from close range.
