HERNE BAY struck three times in the final 10 minutes to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat against Whitehawk.
And it was thanks to a bizarre red card for Hawks defender Adam El-Abd following an altercation with teammate Dave Martin.
Until then, the Hawks had been cruising with Henry Muggeridge, who lobbed a stranded George Kamurasi in the home goal, having given them the lead.
With 15 minutes left, El-Abd and Martin squared up to each other, with the former shown a second yellow card.
