■ IT was Dunston who played to the conditions better than their opponents, as they left Bridlington with a comprehensive win.
The visitors took an early lead after just six minutes when David Robinson headied in Phil Turnbull’s free-kick.
Ten minutes into the second half, Dunston doubled their advantage through Robinson again. His superb effort from 25 yards curled into the back of the net.
Another brilliant goal made it 3-0 after 67 minutes, with Dale Pearson smashing the ball past James Hitchcock from the edge of the box.
