CITY of Liverpool and Avro played out a draw at the Berry Street Garage Stadium on an afternoon where the Purps had plenty of chances, but failed to capitalise against a resolute visiting backline.
In a tight and cagey first half the Purps could have gone ahead when Jack Hont headed wide from a corner when well placed, while at the other end Avro's Louis Potts flashed wastefully wide when clean through on goal.
