■ STRUGGLING Bashley ended a run of three straight home defeats with a hard-earned point against one of the division’s pacemakers in Evesham.
There was never much between the teams, although Bashley came closest to collecting all three points in the final moments.
A pinball session ended with the ball spinning along the unguarded Evesham goal-line and two Bashley attackers lost their footing as they tried to convert.
Luke Delaney had given Bashley a first-half lead when finished the best move of the match.
