■ HERTFORD moved up to eighth with a comfortable home win against Kempston Rovers.
The hosts started on the front foot with Sudaiysi Sendege thumping the bar ten minutes in and, shortly after, two strikes from Brian Garzon also went close.
The Blues continued to dictate play and then, after 35 minutes, player-boss Ben Herd opened the scoring, lobbing the keeper with a free-kick from 70 yards out. Shortly after Ryan Bernal doubled the lead but Kempston came back into it just before the break with an Arel Amu strike.
