■ STOWMARKET picked up only their fifth point of the season, holding Ipswich to a hard-fought draw.
Midway through the first half, Ewan Gordon-Clement cut in from the left side and fired past Danny Culham to give Stowmarket the lead. The advantage lasted only seven minutes as Matt Blake converted one of the few chances to go Ipswich Wanderers’ way.
There was no questioning the commitment from Stowmarket, but they continued to fail to convert chances when they came their way, especially in the first half.
