BARTON prevailed on the road with a consummate victory in Oxfordshire.
Despite what the scoreline may reflect, the hosts started strongest. In the 40th minute, Thame’s Oscar Lucey was brought down in the box by ’keeper Samual Archer, who earned a caution for his efforts. Jefferson Louis calmly slotted home.
In the second half, Barton offered replied with a penalty of their own when Matthew Moloney was felled. Taylor Rhiney slotted home to level the score after 65 minutes.
But then the visitors ran away with the game...
