Baker set up Jack Lovell to A raucous and record crowd roared Manor Farm to a hugely significant win over local rivals Cribbs at the NL Services Stadium.
A clinical 15-minute spell had Farm 3-0 up after half an hour.
Jayden Nielsen evaded three men down the left touchline and his wicked cross was shovelled into his own net by Mac Boyd.
