HINCKLEY put one foot in the play-offs as they beat relegation threatened Gresley.
The hosts took the lead after 10 minutes when Harry Wakefield scored his first goal for the club, firing home a Dom Brennan corner.
They then doubled their lead after 39 minutes through Aaron Nuttall who slotted one into the bottom corner after cutting in from the right.
Hinckley got a third after 64 minutes when Andre Wil-liams chested down a long ball forward before firing past the keeper.
