LEWIS ROSS’ brace helped ensure Bashley returned to winning ways with a convincing win on the road at Bideford.
Bashley opened the scoring after 11 minutes when Eddie Hodge’s shot rebounded to Ross, who sweetly found the net.
But the hosts were level after 29 minutes when a foul by Craig Stanley resulted in a penalty. Matthew Buchanan sent Ross Casey the wrong way from the spot.
Bashley reclaimed their lead seven minutes into the second half – Ross striking a sweet effort past Adam Seedhouse-Evans.
