STOTFOLD needed a good second half to overcome doomed Kempston Rovers at Hillgrounds.
Samuel Ezenwaka missed a glorious chance for Rovers before Henry Snee opened the scoring for Stotfold midway through the first half.
Leo Farruch levelled 11 minutes later, and Kempston almost scored again before the break.
Stotfold took control after the resumption.
Snee got his second goal after 62 minutes, lifting the ball over George Whitehall. Two minutes later, Snee turned provider, with substitute Codi Spavins side-footing home.
