BOTH sides dug deep for a point each as the Collieries and the Miners played out an action-packed West Yorkshire derby.
It was Garforth Town who struck first when their electric winger Mo Fadera broke clear down the left and saw his cross deflected in to break the deadlock.
Pontefract grabbed an equaliser soon after the restart. Louie Chorlton worked hard down the right forcing a save from Harry Flatters – but he couldn’t hold it and Jack Boyle was on hand to fire home.
