■TRAFFORD played the final half-hour with midfielder Matty Morgan between the posts following Sam Booth’s dismissal but still won comfortably.
Their reward for a fourth successive league victory is top spot in the table.
Karl Marginson’s men sneaked in front against the run of play in the 38th minute when Isaac Noble squeezed a loose ball into the net from an angle after Runcorn goalkeeper Tom Myles parried Ryley Smith’s shot.
Mike Burke curled a shot against a post for the visitors before Booth was sent off.
