■DESPITE a lacklustre first half, Vauxhall Motors overcame ten-man Hanley Town to secure a hard-fought win.
The match took a dramatic turn in the 44th minute when Kyle Blake was sent off for lashing out at Ben Holmes while he was on the ground. With Hanley down to ten men, the second half came alive.
