■ THE home side twice hit back to take a deserved point in an entertaining encounter.
Leighton Town took the lead as Charlie Pattison headed home a corner.
Guiseppe Delgaudio could have equalised in the 26th minute but his shot was kept out by keeper Connor Hunt. However, seconds later Delgaudio’s pass put Lewis Collins through to round Hunt and slot home the equaliser. Another corner saw Leighton go back in front in first-half stoppage time.
Jack Sayell put in the rebound after his initial header had been saved.
